My approach is grounded in self, strategy, and systems. That means we don't just work on your mindset. We work on who you are, how you move strategically, and the context in which you operate, because you can't separate a leader from the system she's leading. And the strategy that works for everyone else may not work for you.

I know this because I've navigated it. As a first-generation scholar, a tenured professor, and a Woman of Color, I've sat in the rooms, learned the real rules, and figured out how to lead fully without losing myself. That lived experience is in every coaching session.

This isn't a space where I tell you what to do. It's a space where we figure out — together — what's been in the way, what you actually want, and what it's going to take to get there.
